Well we did it – we just released our newest version of Zybic Enterprise. We are very proud of Version 3.0!

It is packed with terrific improvements and new features. For example, one of the most important new capabilities is the fully integrated NOTIFICATION by SUBSCRIPTION feature.

You are likely muttering to yourself, “SKIERs, Subscriptions, Notifications…That is fancy jargon, and we all know that Zybic hates jargon. So what are you really trying to say?”

OK, sorry. Call it what you like, but here is what it does. If you have a need, interest or obligation to keep on top of any particular object or object type (policy, process, fact etc.) you can set ZE to automatically notify you when there is activity associated with it. Specifically, if you make any or all of the following elections for a particular object or type, ZE will notify you if anyone has:

• Read it
• Edited it
• Deleted it
• Left a Comment on it
• Created another new one

So an e-mail will be sent to you when anyone does any of those things to it. Even better, you don’t have to own the object or have anything at all to do with it. (Of course you still have to be authorized.)

So ZE will keep you on top of all activity in areas that you are interested in and/or responsible for. Neat!

Can you say more effective communications and control? Painless and incremental audits? Far less blindsiding? Gee, we could go on and on!

Think of Zybic Enterprise as the water cooler network on steroids for you business operations.
